Installed
What it isOne piece vs. one brain

Not a finished system. The platform every finished system needs.

Without the Foundation

One piece, on its own

A one-off AI product stays a one-off. You buy a voice agent and it answers the phone. It doesn't know what's in your CRM, doesn't see the quote that just went out, and can't tell the receptionist what to follow up tomorrow morning.

With the Foundation

Every piece on one brain

The Foundation is the layer underneath: the bespoke context that knows your business, the data feeds wiring it to your systems, the rails the workforce runs on, and the first few automations already live. Everything you or any developer builds after this compounds on top, because the foundation work is already done.

Same automations. Different outcome. The Foundation is the difference.

The economicsWhy it compounds

The first build is the expensive one. Every build after gets cheaper.

Every automation you've ever bought paid for the same set-up work twice: the context-gathering, the data plumbing, the security review, the integration scaffolding, the "what does your business actually do" interview. That work repeats every time, even when you buy the same thing from the same vendor.

With the Foundation in, that work happens once. The second automation skips it. The tenth pays only for what's genuinely new. You're paying for the build, not the rebuild, and by three automations in, the Foundation has paid for itself.

01

Build 01

Full context setup, full data plumbing, full integration scaffolding.

Full cost
02

Build 02

Skips context setup and reuses the data plumbing.

Half the cost
03

Build 03

Skips both and plugs into the existing rails.

Mostly new logic

Illustrative. Actual numbers depend on the automation. The compounding shape is consistent.

Day oneWhat's running

On handover day, here's what's running on your accounts.

01

Bespoke context layer plus daily brief

Trained on your offers, pricing, team and patterns. Every morning at seven it briefs you on yesterday's sales, today's calendar, and anything that needs a decision or has gone sideways. Two minutes of reading replaces an hour of stitching it together from five tabs.

Brain
02

Data layer and connections to your key systems

Pulls from your CRM, calendar, accounting, voice line, whatever the scope needs. Two to three connections live on day one; the fourth, fifth and sixth are added after handover, properly wired rather than taped together.

Rails
03

Between one and three automations live

Picked during the AI Strategy Intensive for the bottlenecks costing you the most hours: a voice agent on the inbound line, a quote follow-up engine, cold email with per-lead research, whatever gives you the most breathing room in week one.

Workforce
04

Full code, IP, documentation, training

The code lives on your accounts, the IP assignment is signed, and the documentation pack tells anyone you hire later how the system runs. Your team leaves training knowing where to look. From handover, Brass Butler is optional.

Ownership
The buildThree weeks

Three weeks from kickoff to handover. Here's the shape.

By the time the build starts, the AI Strategy Intensive has produced the plan. Three weeks turn that plan into a running system.

01

Architecture lock-in

A working session with your team to confirm the data sources, lock the integrations, finalise the workforce scope and sign off the build spec. Nothing gets built until the spec is right.

Day 1
02

Brain and rails

Context layer trained on your business, signals pipeline wired in, decision logic running. The daily brief lands on your phone by the end of week one.

Days 2 to 7
03

Starter workforce

The first one to three automations are built, tested and shipped one at a time, and the brain learns to route to each. By the end of week two your team sees AI handling work that used to land in your inbox.

Days 8 to 14
04

Production testing and handover

End-to-end testing on live signals, the full handover pack, team training plus 30 days on call. The system runs without us from handover, on day 21.

Days 15 to 21

Most builds ship in three weeks. Heavier multi-system installs may run a few days longer.

After handoverWhat plugs in next

From handover, every new automation plugs in.

Once the Foundation is in, new automations go on top. Some owners add their second in month two. Some sit on the starter set for a year and build only when a new bottleneck shows up. Either is fine. The Foundation doesn't tarnish sitting still.

Plugs in next: voice agent · proposal drafter · content generator · AR follow-up · SOPs agent · and many more.

If you have an in-house dev or a technical lead, your team can build the next piece themselves. Most owners stay on with us as their AI partner, and the system is kept polished: the brain trained, the workforce optimised, new automations implemented as the business grows. Either route works, because the foundation work is already done.

Ian runs AVIT Properties, a London property developer. Every reporting cycle he spent 80 working hours producing the financial reports for his portfolio, pulling data from personal email, utility accounts and Google Drive, then reconciling it by hand. He'd long given up on outsourcing it, because the context lived in his head and in systems nobody else could read.

Two weeks after the install, the Foundation was doing the work. The brain pulled from every source, the workforce ran the reconciliation, reports drafted themselves, and anything needing human eyes got flagged.

Ben runs Team Empathy, an Auckland SEO agency. Ten years in the industry, an engineer on staff, no shortage of software. His problem wasn't a missing tool. Nothing sat underneath the business as one base he could work from.

The Foundation went in wired to his advertising data, finances, reporting and delivery board. What came out is the base he now builds everything on: the agency site, a SaaS product shipped with his engineer, his own proposal software, and a prospect research system that writes the full strategy document on its own. Most days he holds down a voice key, talks for 60 seconds, and the system builds what he asked for.

More Foundation installs are in flight. The full library is on the case studies page.

We don't quote on the discovery call. We do tell you whether the Foundation is the play, or whether you'd be better off starting with a single automation.

QuestionsFoundation buyers ask

The questions Foundation buyers ask.

The Foundation integrates with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Zoho and anything else with an API. If you don't have a CRM yet, we put Nexus in as part of the install, white-labelled, on your domain, owned by you.

The Foundation is the platform. A single automation is something you install on top of it. Without the Foundation, every automation is a one-off that shares no context with the rest of the business. With it, every automation after the first compounds, because the brain already knows your business.

No. Your team meets it through their phone (the brief), their CRM (cleaner data, automations running in the background) and your phone line (the voice agent). Anyone who can use a phone can use the Foundation.

The Foundation is designed to grow. The brain takes new signals and the workforce takes new automations; adding one is a build task, not a re-architecture. Do it in-house, hire any competent technical team, or have us implement it as part of the ongoing partnership. Most installs add two or three automations in the first 12 months.

The Foundation extends. A new product line, a new market, an acquisition: the existing brain and infrastructure carry forward. We run a re-architecture session and build out the new shape. You're not starting from zero.

You do, or any competent developer you hire. Everything we build lives on your infrastructure, on your accounts, with your credentials, fully documented. A contractor builds a deck on your house and goes out of business; the deck is still there.
