Two hours one-to-one with Titus, with pre-work that surfaces where your hours are actually going. A written audit, prioritised plan and full proposal follow within three business days. Afterwards you know whether the Foundation is the right next step or whether to start smaller.
Build: the three-week install
Architecture on day one. Brain layer and rails by the end of week one. Starter workforce automations across week two. Production testing and handover across week three, finishing on day 21. You see the system working before the build is finished.
Run: your AI partner from here
Most owners stay with us. We keep training the brain on what's changed, optimising the workforce, implementing new automations as bottlenecks show up, and supporting whoever uses the system day to day. We call it kept polished. If you'd rather run it in-house, the system is already yours and the documentation tells your team how.

That structure protects everyone. We don't pitch from a deck, and you don't lose a morning. By the end, either there's a Foundation scope you'd commit to or there isn't.
