Thirty minutes with Titus. An honest read on whether we're a fit.
A 30-minute fit call to see if you're ready to systemise your entire business with an AI brain and AI workforce, and whether we're the right team to build it with you.
Ring the bell. Pick your time below.
Three things happen in thirty minutes.
The call is short on purpose. Long enough for a proper read on fit, not so long it eats into your day.
Where your hours are going
You tell Titus where the routine work is stacking up. Inbound calls you're missing. Quotes ageing without follow-up. Leads going cold. Documents eating the senior team's evenings. The bottlenecks that need the owner's eye and won't run without you.
Whether you're ready to systemise it
Some businesses are ready to put an AI brain and AI workforce around the operation. Some need other parts of the business to catch up first. By the end of the call you'll know which yours is, and whether we're the right team to build it with you.
The next step, if there's a fit
If the conversation surfaces a clear shape of install, the next step is the AI Strategy Intensive: a paid diagnostic, two hours one-to-one, with a written audit and full proposal in your inbox. It's $797, money-back, and it credits in full to the build. If the call doesn't surface a fit, there's no next step from us. You leave with a clearer view either way.
This is a discovery call. Not a sales call.
There's no sales team at Brass Butler. The 30 minutes is with Titus directly, the operator who'd be doing the architecture and overseeing the build if you went ahead. No SDR, no slide deck, and no quote at the end: we quote after the AI Strategy Intensive, when the scope is actually known.
Most AI install partners pitch off a deck, and the result is a six-figure project that doesn't fit the business. The discovery call is the first check on whether the partnership makes sense. If it does, the Intensive is next. If it doesn't, nobody wastes a morning, and nobody ends up brassed off chasing a fit that was never there.
Titus runs every discovery call himself.
Titus Mulquiney founded Brass Butler in Auckland after twenty years in senior operator roles at Sony, an ed-tech business, financial services, health-tech, and B2B marketing agencies in the UK and New Zealand. The throughline: trusted to take a brief and ship to standard. Brass Butler applies the same standard to AI install work.
You'll be talking to the person who'd be running your install, not an account executive, and not a solutions architect angling to expand the scope before engineering takes over. The same operator from discovery call through to handover.
The questions buyers ask before booking.
Nothing. The call works without prep. If you'd like to make the most of it, jot down which routine tasks eat the most hours and which AI tools you've already tried. Neither is required.
No. Foundation builds are scoped during the paid AI Strategy Intensive, which produces a full proposal within three business days of the session. If you want a quote, the Intensive is the path.
You'll leave with a clearer view of where AI is heading for a business your size, and which direction makes sense if it's not us. We'd rather say so on a 30-minute call than after you've paid for the Intensive.
Yes. Keep it to two or three people so the conversation can go deeper. If the business has more than one decision-maker, have them on the call rather than relaying it back.
The calendar above shows live availability. Most weeks have slots inside seven days. If nothing fits, email [email protected] and we'll find a time outside the standard slots.
Not by default. If you'd like a recording for your records, mention it at the start of the call.
Pick a time. Have the conversation. Decide from there.
The discovery call is the lowest-cost way to find out whether Brass Butler is the right partner for your business. Thirty minutes. No deck. No pressure.
