Bespoke AI, built for the way New Zealand businesses actually run.
Brass Butler installs custom AI brains and AI workforces inside established services businesses across New Zealand. Built in Auckland, delivered nationwide, three weeks from kickoff to handover. Yours from day one.
Off-the-shelf AI wasn't built for New Zealand businesses.
The mass-market AI products that Australian and US consultants resell here are set up for businesses three or four times your size. The voice agents speak with American accents that confuse your customers. The integrations don't connect to Nexus CRM, ServiceM8 or the accounting systems New Zealand businesses actually run. The pricing logic doesn't know about GST, and the cost structures don't scale down.
We build custom. Every install is shaped around the way your business runs: a New Zealand accent on the voice agent, local time on the daily brief, and integration with Xero, Nexus, HubSpot and the rest of what you already use. We build one business at a time, not a platform rolled out at scale.
AI brain. AI workforce. Three-week install. Owned by you.
Every Foundation we install in New Zealand follows the same shape. The brain is trained on your business specifically. The data layer pulls signals from the systems you already run. The starter workforce of one to three automations is live on day one: a voice agent on your inbound line, a quote follow-up engine, a daily brief on your phone, or whatever the AI Strategy Intensive found as your biggest hour-leak.
The build runs three weeks. You come out of it with a working system, the complete code in your accounts, IP paperwork signed, a documentation pack and your team trained. Brass Butler is optional from handover. The Foundation runs on its own, and is looked after by us only if you want it to be.
Sixteen outcomes the Foundation runs. Whichever ones fit your business.
The library of sixteen outcomes on this site shows what we've built before: voice agents answering inbound, cold email running per-lead research at scale, database reactivation waking dormant leads, a daily brief on your phone at 7 a.m., proposal drafting cut from two hours to ten minutes, quote follow-up, recall sequences. Sixteen distinct outcomes, each one shipped multiple times across New Zealand and Australia.
The right mix is scoped during the Intensive. Most starter installs ship one to three automations live on day one. After that, more stack onto the same Foundation, each cheaper than the last because the brain already knows your business.

Ben Male runs Team Empathy, an SEO agency in Auckland. Since the Foundation went in he has rebuilt his agency site, shipped a SaaS product, built his own proposal software and a prospect research system, mostly by holding down a voice key and talking for sixty seconds at a time.
Dr Claire runs Stanmore Bay Dental Studio on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Same front desk, same team.

Auckland HQ. Hybrid delivery for New Zealand clients.
Discovery calls run on Zoom or by phone for clients outside Auckland. The AI Strategy Intensive is two hours one-to-one with Titus, on Zoom for clients outside the city, or in person for anyone in Greater Auckland who prefers it. The three-week build runs remotely with daily standups and async progress updates. The day 21 handover is a Zoom session with a full walkthrough of the documentation.
Plenty of New Zealand clients prefer in person. For Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and regional towns, we'll come to you for kickoff or handover where the scope justifies the travel. For most installs, remote delivery is faster and the work lands the same.

Thirty minutes with Titus. No pitch deck. An honest read on whether the Foundation fits, or whether you'd be better off starting somewhere smaller.
