Meetings that move the work, not the calendar.

Standalone notetakers (Otter, Fathom, Fireflies) give you a transcript and a summary nobody reads. The Foundation routes action items into the CRM, decisions into the project log, follow-ups into the calendar and reminders into Slack. The meeting actually moves something.

The problemRecorded, then forgotten

You record the meeting. The action items still get missed.

Every team has tried notetaker software: Otter, Fathom, Fireflies, tldv, Zoom's built-in tool. The recordings pile up, the summaries land in a Slack channel no one reads, the action items never reach the CRM and the decisions never reach the project board. A week later the same meeting happens, because nothing moved.

The fix isn't a better transcript. It's the routing layer, the part that puts the action item in the right system, assigned to the right person, with the right due date, linked to the right deal or project. Standalone notetakers can't do that, because they can't see your operating systems. The Foundation can.

The mechanismFrom the call to the system

The AI watches the meeting. Then it actions it.

The meeting layer sits across Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and any other call platform your team uses. The agent joins the call, records and transcribes it, and writes a summary in your team's voice. Then the routing starts.

The brain hears the meeting. The workforce does what was agreed.

Action items are parsed and assigned: the brain identifies who's responsible, the due date and the system the task belongs in, and lands it in the CRM, the project tool or the team's task manager. Decisions are logged to the deal or project record. Follow-up meetings are scheduled and reminders go out. If an action item belongs to another part of the workforce, such as a proposal that needs drafting, the engine triggers it directly.

The next morning's brief carries a summary of every meeting and the status of every action. Nothing falls through. Nothing leaves the brain's view.

The next morning
An extra consultant, no extra headcount.
I / I
The proofConsulting firms

Consulting firms and agencies see the biggest lift from the meeting-recap layer, because so much of a consultant's morning goes on turning notes into tasks. Once the routing runs itself, that hour goes back into the work the action items called for. Across a team of five, that is the equivalent of an extra consultant on the roster, with no extra headcount.

The differenceActed on, not summarised

Notetakers stop at the summary. The Foundation acts on it.

Standalone tools optimise for the transcript. The Foundation optimises for the next state of the business, so the meeting actually changes something in your systems. That's the difference.
